After our original caterer (and cake maker) fell through, we were left to scramble a bit for a new cake maker. We put together a list of 3 or 4 places and contacted them. Vivian at Spectacular Cakes replied quickly and we met with her soon thereafter. After trying some samples we were pretty much hooked! The cake was delicious and Vivian was super easy to work with. We left the meeting planning to meet with a couple more people but within about 10 minutes of leaving we had decided that we thought she'd do a fantastic cake at a great price and it would be delicious so we booked her as soon as we got home. Vivian took a bunch of notes the day we met with her and she ran with those details and that was about all the direction needed. Day of, she delivered our cake right on time and it was perfect! Exactly what we were hoping for. On top of it, she made us a small sugar-free cake for my mother-in-law who is diabetic AND we got wedding mints because, well duh, they are awesome! Everyone was excited to see mints and thought the cake looked great. When we finally cut it up and served it, everyone LOVED it! We got raves about how good it was. And they were all right, that cake was fantastic! On top of all of that, Vivian's prices are fantastic. Great cake, great service, great price... Can't beat that! We highly recommend you get your cake from Spectacular Cakes. You won't be disappointed!

I too decided to use Vivian for my wedding cake! It was absolutely beautiful and tasted as good as it looked! Her cake is moist, the perfect amount of filling, and the frosting is sweet but not too sweet. We went with both a white cake with banana cream and a lemon cake with lemon curd...my wedding guests loved it!

I found SpectaculAr Cakes on Yelp and glad I did. After much searching to find someone that made wedding cakes at a cost that I could afford was difficult. I just happen to be on yelp looking for something else then decided to type is wedding cakes is how I found Ms. Vivian. I contacted her and ask if she could make a pillow cake for my daughters wedding. She hadn't done one before but was willing to take on the job. Let me say she nailed it! The cake was beautiful. sorry I don't have a picture but just trust me. It was 4 tier and multi colored, simply beautiful. It was moist and delicious. I recommend Ms Vivian to anyone who is looking for someone to make their wedding cake. She's awesome! Mrs Campbell

Vivian made an incredible firetruck cake for my sons 3rd birthday! I sent her a picture of one he had seen and liked and she recreated it exactly. The cake itself was moist and delicious and everyone loved the detail of the cake. Her prices are very reasonable compared to other bakeries in the area and I will definately use her again!

Amazing! We used her for our wedding 9/14/13. All things about the cake were perfect- the taste, the design, everything. She is wonderful and I will be ordering from her for all future cakes. This is the real deal! Love her and highly recommend her!

Spectacular cakes has made my son's graduation cake and his 20 th birthday cake as Walking Dead and he just loved them , Vivian does a wonderful job and her cakes was a hit at both parties . I will be having her make all my cakes for now on. Best ever.

Vivian did an AMAZING job on our wedding cakes!! We had 4 different kinds of cupcakes, our little wedding cake to cut, and the groom's cake. They were all delicious. I consider myself somewhat of a frosting snob, and she made, hands-down, the best frosting I've ever had! The cakes were very moist, our guests kept going back for 3rds and 4ths. We will definitely be ordering any future cakes from here!!

Vivian makes the MOST beautiful cakes, but the taste is what is beyond, well, SPECTACULAR!!! The cakes are very, very moist and the frosting is especially delicious because she makes it with real butter instead of the nasty shortening that they use at so many bakeries. My mom and I ordered a cake for my parents 50th anniversary party. She had eloped and therefore hadn't had her own wedding cake. We ordered a tier of lemon, one of white chocolate, and one almond. I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite, but it would probably be the lemon, or the almond, or maybe the lemon. Well, it's hard to decide and she has so many choices that it was hard for us to select the three. Vivian brought the cake in at EXACTLY the moment I had asked her to. The guests went on and on about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. My one and only regret is that we found her after I was married because I would have LOVED her to make my wedding cake. Oh, and in addition to all of this, she is super nice and prices are very reasonable. Very highly recommended.
